Setting up DevOps on your own using various tools for Version Control, Build, CI/CD , etc is complex and not an easy task.
One option is to use AWS DevOps services. It makes roll out of the DevOps environment much quicker than doing everything from scratch. But it has its cons. Your Running cost will be high compared to setting up on your own or getting external expertise to set it up.
